As a Financial Advisor, your role goes beyond selling, you will provide meaningful financial guidance and peace of mind. You will engage with clients in the retail mass market, conduct Financial Needs Analyses (FNAs), and deliver tailored solutions across life insurance, funeral cover, savings, and investment products.

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively source and engage new clients within the retail mass market through networking, referrals, and community engagement to grow your client base
• Conduct in-depth Financial Needs Analyses (FNAs) in line with FAIS requirements to understand clients’ financial goals, risks, and life stage needs.
• Recommend and implement tailored financial solutions across a comprehensive product suite, including:
– Life Insurance
– Funeral Cover
– Savings Plans
– Investment Products
• Build, manage, and continuously grow a sustainable book of business, ensuring ongoing client engagement and retention.
• Deliver exceptional client service through regular reviews, policy updates, and long-term financial guidance.
• Consistently achieve and exceed weekly production targets and monthly performance metrics.
• Ensure all advice, documentation, and sales processes adhere to FAIS legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all client interactions.

Requirements
• Matric (Grade 12)
• South African citizenship
• Clear criminal and credit record
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Willingness to travel and meet sales targets.
• RE5 Certification
• NQF Level 4 or 5 in Financial Planning / Wealth Management
• 1–2 years’ experience in insurance or financial services sales
